Pastor Nathan & Amy Ganz joined the staff at the Father's House in June of '05. Besides pastoral responsibilities, Nathan is in charge of Worship and Sound Ministries, Video Ministry, and oversees Youth Ministry as well. Nathan and Amy's greatest passion revolves around music. He has toured extensively in the Pacific Northwest and abroad. He actively writes and arranges his own worship music. Nathan is an '05 graduate of Portland Bible College with a Bachelor's Degree in Theology. The Ganz's were married in July of 2007. Pastor Nathan is a Licensed Minister with the Church of God, Cleveland TN.

Both were born in Southern California and graduated class of '88 from Faith School of Theology in Charleston Maine. They were married in October of that same year. Besides pastoring TFH, Steve and Rowena served as youth pastors for a decade and a half on the East Coast. Upon moving to the Pacific Northwest in 1992 they fell in love with the people, the culture and the surroundings. Steve enjoys Seahawks football and classic muscle cars while Rowena is very involved in Children's ministry. They have three children, Leslie, Valerie and Steve Jr. Pastor Steve is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God, Cleveland TN.
